Delivery Policy

Warm Reminder:

Thank you for choosing our products! Please note the following:

Shipping Arrangement: All shipping costs for orders will be borne by the customer. The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the goods.

Delivery Time Reference:

• Local (Hong Kong) Orders: Generally, delivery takes about 2-3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
• Overseas Orders: Delivery times will be longer, and the actual time required depends on the destination and customs clearance process.

Logistics Query Suggestion: If you would like a more accurate estimate of shipping costs or delivery times, we recommend referring to the official shipping rates and time chart from SF Express:

• SF Hong Kong Website: www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/
• SF International Service Time Query: You can enter the destination, weight, and volume on the SF website to self-check the estimated shipping cost and delivery time.
