1、先用大火將足量水煮至沸騰,再將麵條均勻撒入,同時攪拌。2、大火4分鐘後改用中火,再保證水沸騰狀態的同時加入適量冷水,直至掛麵完全煮熟。3加入喜愛的佐料(如XO醬)後即可食用。                          1. First, bring a sufficient amount of water to a rolling boil, then add the noodles evenly and stir continuously.
